No audio from Elgato capture device

I am attempting to capture video and audio from a GameCube using the Elgato Video Capture card. I can record audio using the native Elgato Video Capture software, but I am getting nothing when using the card on OBS.

Where did you add the audio device?
I only see the video device.

I thought the capture card would handle both audio and video. I tried adding an Audio Input Capture, still no sound
