No Audio from Audio Input Capture?

I recently bought a USB 2.0 HDMI capture card in order to stream to friends via the preview, and the first time I tried it, it worked perfectly. However, when I booted it up a few days later to try it again, suddenly there was no audio coming from the Audio Input Capture, the bar isn't being moved at all. The Desktop Audio bar is moving so I know it can detect audio, just not from any of my game consoles. I have Monitor and Output on, I have it set to Digital Audio Interface (FY HD Audio), I've searched all over the place, and I can't find a solution that works! Please help!
 
Another question: I keep seeing a lot of videos about this type of capture card where they have "USB Digital Audio" and "USB Video" as options, but I don't have them for some reason? Do I need to install drivers or something?
 
Same problem here. Audio won't record no matter what I try. Not a user friendly program in my opinion. I'll bugger about with it for another hour and then uninstall if no joy.
 
I am having the same problem at our church and cannot figure it out. I recently bought new cameras (same camera brand - Cannon, and same set up so i did not have to use any new wires/cords). The OBS system worked fine the first 2-3 services but then the audio input capture quit working. Either the bar slightly moves or does not move at all. I've tried everything I can think of, but nothing. Any suggestions? TIA.
