Question / Help no audio filter

i can not access audio filter...whenever i click on the filter,it opens a blank tab..please help me..thank you

Resize that plugin window, and you will see a "+" icon

yeah,i can see the '+' icon but it only allows me to rename those filter not to change the setttings

After naming your filter, it wull show up in the dark bar to the left. Click it to highlight it, and settings for the filter will show up.
