Question / Help No audio coming on stream using Elgato hd60

Hello everyone,

I've been trying to get my stream going for the past couple of days. I can hear my game audio just fine through my A40's but when I stream and listen into my stream I can't hear the audio at all. I stream with my PC connected to the a40s as well so I can play music in the downtime, if that has any relevance. I've researched and tried everything and even going to global sources>Elgato and selecting different Audio Input Devices. When I switch the Audio Input Device to the actual 'Elgato' option I can't project video on obs. I've tried different USB ports and still can't manage to get audio. If anyone could help me I'd really appreciate it, I'm getting pretty desperate as you can probably tell!

Please forgive me if that Log file is too long due to the timestamps near the bottom I'm not sure what to do with it.

Thank you so much,
Jagr

Yes, I've had it on that setting and no luck. I have the Elgato on OBS as a global source on "Use device audio" and output audio to stream.

Are you sure that in the config of the HD60(When you go to properties>configuration) that the right audio input is selected? (Im assuming you are getting audio via HDMI).

Also, what console are you trying to stream?

If it's the configuration screen that takes me to the game capture HD screen then yes. I have it set to HDMI and Analog Audio unselected. Sorry I should of said in the original post, but I'm trying to stream on the Xbox One. I even tried to plug a 3.5mm cable from the audio port of the el gato into my computer and no luck.

I have the HDMI audio to stereo uncompressed and the optical audio set to stereo uncompressed and no luck. I think my settings are okay, as far as I know. Could it be the way I set up everything hardware wise?

For some reason I can hear game audio on stream just fine in Xsplit and not OBS. Very weird situation considering I'm not even a fan of Xsplit >.<

I'm having this same issue in a sense. I can hear my game volume but it is really low and not consistent at all. Also, I can barely here my voice and it echos and sounds horrible.
