Question / Help No Audio Coming From Mic

Hey all. I'm fairly new to streaming with OBS and everything, and I've encountered this weird problem with my mic. I had OBS working perfectly fine before a coworker of mine installed an SSD in my comp and I had to re-download the software and try to reset everything from the ground up. Currently, I have my mic plugged into my computer, and Windows is telling me that my connection is fine. I can also see my mic when I search for it when I create an Audio Input source. However, there is no audio getting picked up by the mic, and hours of scouring the forums have come up with no results. I'm not all that great with computers either, so that's been frustrating me as well.

For reference, the mic I'm using is the Turtle Beach Stream Mic.

OBS is unable to access your audio device. It's possible that it doesn't have permission, or that the driver is in exclusive mode and another application is using them.

If OBS has not permission, go to Settings > Privacy > Camera and make sure OBS has permission.

If the issue is device exclusivity, check in the Sounds control panel for the advanced info on each device and uncheck exclusive.

I ended up having to do both of what you suggested, but the problem has been fixed. Thank you for your help!

I have tried both of the steps indicated above, nothing helped even though previously I didn't have any issues with OBS. Actually, I tried almost everything that I found on forums. Do you have any suggestions on what else I could try to solve the issue?
