No audio but video is visible please help?

I cant here the audio from my nintendo switch and i also here myself which is a big problem.

Ive changed my audio output to direct sound and ticked custom audio device, so im not sure what the problem is?

Output, not input ...
do not adjust the desired audio here (with the webcam) but add an audio source
