Question / Help Nividia GPU, 1 CPU, 2 monitors.

I have i7 CPU, 2080 super GPU, and 2 monitors.
Can I stream using a capture card without affecting Gameplay? no drop on framerate or anything?
Will capture card be better or game capture should be enough?

There is no point of a capture card in a single PC configuration, unless you're capturing from a console. Use game capture.
