Nintendo Switch Source Lagging

Hi friends! I didn't change anything on my setup and my switch is lagging like crazy now. Here's my log https://obsproject.com/logs/_3unKvgQ2xE2tLQl
I just don't know where to start in trouble shooting this. The switch looks perfectly fine on my monitor and I'm plugged in to Ethernet

That logfile does not contain a streaming or recording session, so is missing vital diagnostic data.

That said, there will always be some capture delay, which can vary. From my experience, OBS also adds significant processing delay, even using a single-source projector preview, if you're trying to play from the preview. I swapped over to using an HDMI matrix to have a direct feed to play from, while also sending video to the capture card.
