Nikon Camera with Camlink don't work at all

HI guys,

I used a DSLR Nikon already connected to the Camlink to record video for streaming but it didn't work at all. There is only a black page in the preview window. Can anyone help me fix it? Thanks so much guy!!!

Does CamLink work in other apps? I've found you might have to launch Facetime and select the CamLink there before other apps see it. I don't know why!
