I know this question may be more suited for Ngin-X users/forums but maybe some people here that use it for the RTMP server can answer this question.
With the new twitch transcoding. If unpartnered streams make it into the top streams they get the transcoding options available for their viewers. I know with a single PC setup or a dual PC setup with a capture card I can disable CBR padding so I can adjust my bitrate while streaming without having to bring it down.
I would love to do this with my RTMP server, I was just curious if anyone here familiar with the program knows if its possible to change your bitrate with ngin-x without having to restart your RTMP server.
