Newest update causing issues

Hello,

So since the last update of obs I have been encoding issues when streaming. This never happened previously to the newest update a couple of weeks ago.
I am running a 3070/32gb ram/ 11th gen i7/MPG z590 gaming force motherboard
I really do not believe it is my PC since I just built this year.
But I am newer to OBS can anyone give me a hand?
The overload mainly happens when something big is happening on screen but I am not playing a graphically intense game when I stream and have no clue what the issue could be.

The nvidia 526.47 drivers are extremely bugged. Switch geforce experience to use the studio drivers and install them instead.

So by running geforce experience drivers that should help with my encoding issue?
I have never used GeForce experience so is it pretty simple to set up?
I can look up more information just wanted to ask what you recommend.
