Bug Report Newest OBS causing screen tearing.

Hello,

This is my first time on here, I just updated to the newest OBS & noticed while streaming Elder Scroll Online that while running OBS my screen was tearing terribly.

This only happens when i'm using OBS, if I close the program then the tearing stops.

I am using vsync as I do on all my games.

The screen tearing is only locally, it is not noticed on the stream as I have reviewed my stream.

Has anyone else experienced this? My brother has found the same issue with the newest OBS.

The latest version did not change anything in regard to capturing. You'll have to post a log file. I can probably guess at what's happening, aero is probably off.
