newby question auto refresh problem

Good morning,
I set up a esp32 cam and it works very smootly but when my cam is inerrupted (1 sec without power) and restarts the source is not refreshed automaticly. I need to toggle manually the refresher button on browser source. I searched the settings adanced, automatic reconnect, seconds & time.
But no result for the time being, searched forum as well.
Probably easy, but not for me.

Thank you for replying , but i have no problem refreshing it manually but i can't find an option to do this automaticaly.
The idea is to mount the camera into a miniature train and stream it. But power to the train is sometimes unreliable so the camera restarts.
I would like the source to start automaticly.
