Hello, I throw myself at the Mercy of the community. I will state that I am completely new to this. I have read the basic settings and configured them to suit my needs. My goal is to make Youtube videos. I have everything set up and have completed the tests and have the microphone and game audio perfect for my equipment.

The problem I am running into now is that the .flv file I am trying to import to the video editors is giving me errors. I've tried two now. When I try to upload the file to Sony Movie Studio 13 it says "error while trying to load media". Granted it doesn't even recognize the file unless I change the setting to "All Files" from "Media Files"

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you, do you see any issues with using FLV Extract 2.2 instead of doing it the way you mentioned?

I don't/have never used FLV extract.

I use the one built into OBS Studio. In fact a friend I help out (who has to use OBS, and can't move to Studio yet) installed Studio just for the ease of using the built-in remuxer.
