Newbie - can't get obs and zoom to integrate properly

I have OBS scenes setup nicely. All working well. When I go into zoom I can get the first scene which is the webcam working. When I switch to other scenes I still get the webcam only. I think I have set the scenes up correctly but I'm not sure about zoom. Latest versions of both in play here. Any thoughts on what I am missing? Thanks
