Hello OBS peeps!

me as a NEW Streaming noob ( just want to try and if i like it i can do it more and more) BUT!
i need to have the right settings, i dunno how to put it up on the right way so all your help is welcome!

PC SPECS:

AMD PHENOMII 965 Quad Core Black Edition
8 GB DDR3 Ram (dunno brand) FORGOT!
AMD radeon Club3D - HD6870
Asus M5 A99X EVO
2 x HDD 400 Gb/ 750
Windows 7 Prof - 64bits

Quality: 6-8 (for high motion); 10 (for medium motion)

Bit-rate: 3400
Buffer: 3400

Audio: AAC / 128

Base Resolution: (Your native monitor resolution)
Downscale: None

FPS: 30 (or 45 if you have enough CPU power)

Disable Aero at start-up: Check

Use multi-threaded optimizations: Check
Priority Class: Normal

CPU preset: veryfast (or faster, or fast if you can do it; not necessary though).
Bind to interface: Default
