Question / Help New with OBS/ trying to stream but is not fluid... help

IM trying to stream on twitch.tv but have bee imposiuble probably becuase I dont know how to set the obs probably this si my specs :

Processor: Intel I7 7700k 4.2ghz

Motherboard: ASRock Fatal1ty Z270 Gaming K6

Memory Ram: G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2400

GPU: Zotac GTX 1080 ti 11gb

SSD: 512gb Crucial MX300

My internet connection over 150 mpbs donwloand and 20 upload

The log isnt complete, isn't it? Looks like...
If you are new try the OBS autoconfiguration tool. Tried it myself and til now it worked pretty well!

Where I can FInd this autoconfiguration tool?

It's under "Tools" and then "Autoconfiguration Assistant" (or something like this, dont know what it is called in english ^^)
