obs already support that..this is their guide.

First steps
It’s time to broadcast. To begin, you’ll need to do a few things:

Install BitTorrent Live from http://live.bittorrent.com

Choose a broadcasting application. You can broadcast from your webcam on the Live broadcaster page on the website, or you can use a 3rd party RTMP-capable broadcast app (Wirecast, Flash Media Live Encoder, XSplit, Open Broadcaster, etc).

Configure your broadcast application. Basic setup instructions are shown on http://live.bittorrent.com/broadcast, or you can view detailed application-specific instructions at http://live.bittorrent.com/help/broadcast_setup. Broadcasted content must be encoded with H.264/AAC.

Set up your network. You’ll need to allow incoming connections to the BitTorrent Live application in any firewall applications you use. You will also need to allow those connections through your router. If your router has UPNP enabled, that should be automatic. If not, you’ll need to forward UDP ports 31400-31499.

Start broadcasting. We’ll take this moment to remind you: only broadcast content that you have legal right to share. We’re required by law to respond to DMCA takedown notices.

Invite viewers. You can use the social media links below your video to share on Facebook or Twitter, or to embed a player on your own website.
