new version cant use nvdriver

just got new version but got this message

I used the nVidia app and it says I am on the latest version. SO what do I do? There is an Intel graphics on this laptop as well Dell M-4800
I'm stuck I need to be able to record some stuff for work.

i am able to use software encoder but I would prefer to use the hardware encoder what are my options?
