New user trying to figure out this software

Is there a manual or read me file I can use? I have successfully linked it into my cable service, but have not figured out how to save the video I record. Help?

I am considerably more proficient with forms then I am this software I was able to get it to receive a stream of the channel I was interested in, but I did not see any option to save the file of the stream.

This forum software resembles Xeno a lot more than Discourse
