New user needs help

I'm brand new to OBS. I'm using a Sony ZV-E10, a Rode Video Mic Pro+, and an Elgato Cam Link 4k to the PC. I'm planning on using this for Zoom meetings. The video works fine but I can't get any audio to record. Any suggestions what I might be doing wrong?
 
First recommendation I have is to make sure Audio and Video sources are working properly at Operating System Level first (OBS Studio NOT running, not just in background).

Then you need to check Audio devices at Operating System level, and make sure OBS Studio has permission to access desired Audio Sources.

Then be sure to understand the Advanced Audio property distinction of Monitor & Output
