Hello!

I recently bought a Shadow Cast 2 so I can play my PS5 and Switch games on my laptop.
I was told in reddit that I should use OBS as a capture card viewer since it's the best.
I followed some YouTube tutorials and managed to get everything running but the picture doesn't look sharp, so my question is:

What are the best settings I can make to get the best, crisp and fluid quality on my games? I don't use recording or streaming. I play single player RPG for myself
so I don't care about anything else than having a clear image and fluid gameplay with the least amount of latency as possible.

Please let me know what should I change, turn on or off to make that happen.

Thank you for the help!

To get a sharp image, you need to make sure everything is operating with the same resolution:
- the thing you capture (PS5 and Switch)
- the capture card
- OBS in the capture card source properties
- the monitor where you use OBS to cast the captured source to

If your gaming device outputs a different resolution than your laptop monitor, there happens some rescaling in between, and this results in blurriness.
