New Update Remove h.265 encoder for recording?

Did the latest update for Obs remove the H.265 encoder as I just had to reset up my recording settings as the option is no longer there. Thx

trying to install an older version to see if it works, but I opened my computer today and h.265 was removed from my encoder options

New Windows 11 update override my GPU drivers. Downloading the update fixed it!
