use custom server option insert the adress and you streamkey and go !

so i use this ( maa01.contribute.live-video.net ) AS chennai and stream key? i tried but its not working. OBS says disconnected bottom left and reconnects and again disconnect

There are no Partner-only servers. :b There are a few VIP/Event servers for stuff like GDQ, but they aren't listed anywhere to help avoid DDoS takedowns... they definitely are not on the ingest servers listing.

Generally a Custom server listing would look something like:

rtmp://maa01.contribute.live-video.net/app/{stream_key}

with {stream_key} removed and your actual stream key pasted there with no leading or trailing spaces.
This really shouldn't be necessary though, AFAIK OBS Studio pulls a listing of ingests via the Helix API for your region, so they should populate automatically if you're on the most recent version of OBS Studio, and not one of the version-locked 21.x.x modified versions that some people insist on using for some reason.
