I have a older cpu which I want to stream with
When I load obs
It only allows me to use directx11
I want to stream using directx9
It would work better on my end
How do i do this?

You don't.
OBS has a HARD requirement for Directx 11 or OpenGL 3.2 as a MINIMUM.

And even if you could, there would be no performance benefit for using directx 9 over 11

well now that has screwed nvidia geforce experience up because that shit dont load at all now and it loads 2-3 games instead of letting me run geforce shadowplay

i do nto think my specs can handle streaming at direct x 11
It can handle dx 9 is there a way to change back the settings so I can use nvidia geforce experiwence again

Well prior to using OBS it was working now I cannot stream anything so when I used OBS it changed my settings probably because of directx11

Shadowplay not experience
And for some reason
2-3
of the same games keep on popping up when i click on a game.

Shadowplay highly depends on the NVIDIA video driver. If system rolled back your video driver (as not supported) you can try to reinstall it again. There is DDU tool (Display Driver Uninstaller).
