New to streaming...

Hi! I'm new to streaming. And I'm actually not looking to stream a game, which it seems like most people here do. I want to stream my jiu jitsu event with live fights and somehow display the competitors' names, time clock and scores. This info will be displayed on a website, ilutas.com.br. Not sure how to make this look nice.

The common approach is creating an overlay in OBS composited by the things you want to add to the stream. The overlay might contain simply static images (use image files in a media source), animations (use video files in a media source), text from text sources, or include stuff from websites (with browser sources). With some sources it might be necessary to remove their background with a chroma key or color key filter to make them transparent.
Your main source would be the camera or multiple cameras.
