Question / Help New to streaming/recording

Hello I'm kinda new to this and I'd like to learn more about using OBS/Streamlabs. Ive a pretty decent pc but idk which settings to use for recording or streaming so maybe u can help. Thanks.

Ik but I can still use normal OBS for both right? So it doesnt matter ig

They are TWO different programs..
I suppose you could run both of them at the same time but you will have to go to their website for support...

If you use OBS Studio, the recommendation would be to use Tools->Auto Configuration Wizard to get a working configuration suited to the hardware of your PC/Laptop.
