http://www.twitch.tv/cyanidevii - I've had my account for a while to chat, and I pretty much just started streaming in March. Any general streaming tips are helpful too.

I mainly stream League of Legends, that is my priority for my settings. I use the free verision of xsplit( default settings, 25fps) Here is a clip of me using xsplit http://www.twitch.tv/cyanidevii/c/2006417

I have some friends who say that the quality is bad, but I think it's pretty good.

When I use obs, I have the buffer stuff the same, at between 1k-2k, and quality at 8. My up speed is 1.40 on average.

The problem I have with it is the pixilation when moving and my ping randomly spikes from 60 to 200. (When using xsplit I have no ping issues)

EDIT* I'm in the Bay Area using Twitch's San Fran server. Here are my computer specs-

Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Dell Inc. XPS 8500
Intel(R) Core(TM) Processor i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.4GHz
Memory: 16GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GT 640 2GB
Hard Drive 2TB 7200RPM SATA Harddrive

I'm just wondering if xsplit is just better for me? My friend uses obs and it runs nicely, but when he uses xsplit it's blurry and pxilated, we get opposite results :P

Perhaps My computer likes xsplit more? I do feel like I'm missing something in the settings though. Remember I am pretty noob and any help is appreciated.

Oh and me being way louder than the speakers has been fixed.
