Question / Help New to streaming need help. Elgato Cap card

I have a
i7 3770 k cpu
gtx 660 2gb graphics card

30 download and 10 upload speed.
Im not sure what settings or bitrate to use for my stream I have a elgato cap card and i wanna stream call of duty

well if cod was a good game i would reply... jk. 3000 bitrate at 720p 60 fps should be fine. if not drop it down to 30 or 45 fps and you're golden.

If you are streaming with the 3770k, try streaming at 720p30 using the medium preset. See if OBS spits out any errors or warnings.
