Hello, so I've been wanting to stream and recently setup my OBS, I got it to work but the stream is very laggy
Currently speedtest.net is showing...

PC specs are:
GPU: GTX 970
CPU: AMD FX(tm)-8320 Eight-Core Processor
Memory: 8.00 GB ram
Resolution:1920x1080, 60Hz
Current Driver's.
I've tried a few Tut's on youtube but nothing seems to really work well, I've since reverted to default setting's on OBS and haven't touched it since, can i even stream with this setup? Thanks for looking and for any advice :)
Edit: I am streaming on Twitch, and Live in Denver CO.
