Question / Help New to Streaming. Having Issues with CPU Usage and Dropped Frames

Hey guys. I'm new to Streaming. I've been trying on and off for a while now but I'm finally down to take it seriously.
I'm having issues with dropping a lot of frames and getting the high cpu usage warning.

This is my Speedtest report.

As far as Hardware and software.

Windows 10 pro.

CPU-Intel Core i5-6500 @3.20GHz 4cpu
16gb ram
NVidia Geforce GTX 770

Not sure what my setting should be set to or how else I can upload information for you guys.

Posting a Logfile would be a great Start if you are having Issues. (How to Post a Logfile can be found in the Stickies)

You have quite a lot of dropped Frames according to your Speedtest you shouldnt have much trouble streaming with anything around 1-2mbit are you sure you chose the right ingest Server to stream to?

Im not quite sure what your Goal you are trying to achieve and what game you will be mainly playing.

Your internet connection isn't reliably handling the bitrate you're sending. Probably you don't have enough bandwidth, your ISP is failing you, or other things on your network are hogging the bandwidth (bit torrent maybe).
