Hi,

I'm having trouble getting anything to show up with aero enabled in win 7 x64. I only get a blackscreen when i have aero enabled, disabled, everything shows up. I read the faq but nothing says anything about that. I have a laptop with gt650m and optimus technology.

another question is how software capture works when using windowed capture. If you select a certain application to stream, it seems that only gets captured is by moving obs program window, so if i move the obs window somewhere, it captures the other part instead of the application i selected to capture? Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

Also, how is this program when compared to other programs that can capture the screen, resource wise?

Either your running the x64 version of OBS, which doesnt capture x86 programs, or i believe Enable Capture Windowed Layers in order for the screen region to appear in OBS if your using Aero. My thoughts at least. Not sure what else could cause it not to capture correctly.
