Hey guys I have this problem while im streaming League of Legends I don't have any lags in game but on twitch i can see freeze lags every 5-10 sec. I was trying many combinations in OBS settings and still have the same problem.

I have this problem on Twitch.tv and Hashd.tv. Didn't try other severs yet.

i sometimes have this issue too, even had it with xsplit.
