New To OBs Lower Third

Hello,
I am new to OBS and especially Lower third. After following some youtubers (OBS professionals) I tried to download and add the lower third. However all I see, I don't even know how to explain it, please see the screenshot I took. Even If I closed obs and shot down my pc. I still have this issue. my OBS version is 30.1.2. Please help. Thanks
