Question / Help New To Obs...How To Fix Audio Delay when streaming?

I have no idea of what I'm doing or how to fix the problem... I'm new to obs. I have sync issues with the audio.... Whenever I do something in a game there is a 2-5 second delay when you will hear it on stream. The audio is behind the video. Does anyone know what setting or how to fix it? Thank you for your time

Bump..... No one knows what setting I may have to toy around with to fix this?
