Question / Help New to OBS, getting bad frames

I've been trying to use it with several games to see how it would run. Granted, I don't have a computer particularly great for streaming, but when I tried recording CS it actually recorded it pretty good. But, recently with other games that aren't nearly as demanding, the OBS recordings come out extremely choppy compared to the actual gameplay.
Here's the log from my last one:

Is there way for me to fix this problem, or is my computer just not capable?
