What are you trying to capture? Most web browsers have hardware acceleration enabled and cannot be captured without disabling that setting.

Read http://ccm.net/faq/35743-google-chrome-how-to-disable-hardware-acceleration. If you're trying to window capture something like TwitchAlerts, you should add its widget URL as a browser source instead.
