Question / Help New to OBS and Streaming

Im having huge dips in FPS when streaming. Here are my logs.

Your system and settings seem fine. Do you think you could try disabling preview in OBS and let me know if that makes any difference? Sometimes it does, so I'd like to just try it in your case. You can disable it by right clicking the preview and disabling it there. Whether it works or doesn't work, let me know
