New to OBS and looking for advice in optimizing quality-performance

I'll get straight to the point, I'd like to record a playthrough of God Of War and I have been trying to get a decent recording quality without losing as little in-game graphic fidelity and performance, but I did not manage yet to find a sweet-spot.

PC Specs:
Ryzen 5 3600xt
Radeon rx 5600xt
16 Gb DDR4 3200mhz
Win 10 Pro

My monitor is just an old 32" LCD Sharp TV (1920x1080 60hz)

In Subnautica: Below Zer0 (way lighter and properly optimized) I managed to set the recording to do downscaling at 1440x810 and even reached 60fps, at the cost of some shadows and effects in-game ("ultra territory" really hard to notice extras).

But in this one I'm having more issues, I know near to nothing about this software and was wondering if there are downloadable "presets" or similar things, or if there is any secret trick to toggle in the preferences.

Also, is there any fancy tool to direct as many resources as possible to OBS and the game, while excluding everything else (except maybe audio/input drivers?

Thanks in advance

I would use 30fps, you don't need 60fps to record gameplay--- It's different from playing a game at only 30fps which does suck

I don't know about Radeon encoding settings so I have no input on that

Thanks, apparently no one knows about Radeon.. I'm glad I have it but I'd trade it for an Nvidia card with no regrets
