Downscale your resolution.
Use "Main" encoding profile if you're streaming to twitch

Lower your bitrate a bit to increase the number of viewers that can watch your stream.

When i downscal my resolution, what is the best option for me?
and what will be the diffrence if i put it on 1.50 or 1.25?
And also when i downscale it i can choose Filter,i keep it on Bilinear or change it? and what is the diffrences if you can explain.

MaxBitrate 2000 is ok? or i should lower it more?

The more you downscale (the smaller resolution) the less work your cpu has to do. Your target should be no higher than 1280x720

2000kbit bitrate should be fine.

The Bilinear vs Bicubic filter is purely subjective and determined by what you're streaming.

Thank you Harold,my stream working much better now :)
but if i wanna get higher quality for my viewrs i need to get higher buffer size, that what determinants my stream quality? am i right?

Because there is still some diffrences between the way i see the stream in OBS compares to Twitch
