New to OBS and cant seem to record audio

I recently found the program VoiceMeeter that allows me to set up multiple audio devices that allows me to have separate channels on OBS which worked fine.

I currently have all the tracks I want to record in OBS and the green bars move when the audio source is being used but those tracks are not appearing in the recording. I have my audio output settings to record the first 3 channels and have each audio track as a different channel but I can't seem to figure out why they aren't being recorded.

I would just like to take the three separate audio tracks and keep them separate but have all be in the full recording of the file.

Thanks for any help, like I said in pretty new so I most likely missed a step somewhere

set MKV as format and use VLC Player

Hey I tried what you said but I still have 0 audio from any channels.

I am attaching some screenshots of my settings if you can see anything else that may be causing my issue
