Question / Help New to Nvidia NVENC ( Could use some help )

Greetings,

I just updated to the new build and I see this new option of Nvidia NVENC supposedly for keppler class gpu.

A summary of my system specs:

Processor: i7-3970x - Rampage IV Extreme
GFX: Asus GTX 690
Rams: Corsair Dominator Platinum 2400 CL9 ( 4 x 4GB )

Is my Nvidia NVENC running properly ? I heard that a certain license key is required but I do see where I could enter a key or how I could obtain one. I visited one of the link but the download link is expired and I can't really get anything out of it.

I could also use some help/advice on what is optimal streaming for my system. I can never seem to really pull off a 1080p stream even my decent system.

On the latest nvidia drivers you should not need a special dll anymore and according to the log nvenc was loaded and used successfully. For your 1080p problems, you should probably set that up in obs, do some tests and show us a log file of these tests. Then we can give you some advice on what might go wrong or can be changed.
