Question / Help New to all this, quick question

Hey guys, quick question...

I'm trying to find a way to use live green screen. something that will project a flight simulator I'm playing on to the green screen that can be viewed live on a mini display as it's happening using a webcam. Is this software able to do that? Is this even possible on an amateurs budget? Thanks in advance.

OBS supports chroma/color key for window captures/monitor captures/webcams and images currently. So if you use these methods to combine your webcam and the flight simulator, it will be possible :)
