Question / Help New system opinions for Streaming and Gaming

My new system is going to be built up of...

i7 4790k
GTX 760 4gb Jetstream (Maybe later on in the year to a 900 series 980 or something)
8gig ddr3 (If I get the money 16gb)

I plan on running games like BF4, Total War games, SA:MP(GTA SA online) and GTA 5.


My question is this, can I stream at 720p or maybe 1080p using x264 codec at a good bitrate(My upload is 6mb so bitrate shouldn't be a problem).
 
720p should definitely work, tweaking of the games can be necessary to some extent though. Especially BF4 and GTA5 are heavy on the CPU and GPU so they can be a problem.
But in general if you start streaming, use 720p anyway and for the games I would probably use at least 2500kbit of your upload. Stick to 30fps for a start and you should be good to go.
