Question / Help New Streamer Recommended Settings

Hello, new streamer here. Primarily looking to stream SMITE at 720p. I was wondering what I should put my settings to.

My specs:

• AMD FX-8350 4.0 GHz
• G.Skill 16GB RAM
• MSI R9 280X 3GB

My connection:


I used OBS Stream Settings Estimator to get an idea of what my settings should be.

VIDEO ENCODING:

• Encoder: x264
• Use CBR: ON
• Enable CBR padding: ON
• Max Bitrate: 3500 (I feel like I should reduce this)

AUDIO ENCODING:

• Codec: AAC
• Format: 48kHz
• Bitrate: 112
• Channel: stereo

VIDEO FILTERING:

• Resolution Downscale: 1.50 (1280*720)
• Filter: Lanczos (unsure about this)
• FPS: 30 (is 30 too low for SMITE)

ADVANCED:
