New streamer-new to OBS- my screen won't stream in full view.

In OBS my screen it set to what it should be, but when I stream there's a black frame around my display screen. I've watched every youtube video I can find and I've made all the suggested adjustments to my screens, but it's still there. I'm sure it's an easy fix but I cannot figure this one out. Thanks for the assistance!
