Question / Help New Streamer - Constant Tech Issues PLEASE HELP

I recently started streaming on Twitch using OBS about 2 months ago. At first, my streams had no problem broadcasting but I would experience quite high ms (I mainly stream League of Legends) so lagging just makes the game so much harder. Therefore I was not streaming as often as I'd like. So I watched a few videos and tried adjusting my settings so I would not have in game lag. I have no idea what I did because now I can't even stream without twitch saying I have unstable bitrate. I tried streaming today and had to stop/restart a bunch of times and its really disheartening because I was able to do it fine before and now it just doesn't want to work. I have my logs attached, please help me if you have any bit of advice I appreciate it.
