Over the last few weeks, for some reason at the end of my streams, whenever I hit play on Spotify or try to load a window in Chrome, my bitrate tanks and I start dropping frames like crazy. I've run TwitchTest and changed servers. That fixed it last weekend. But both tonight and last night I had the same thing happen. I've also checked Twitch's Inspector, and outside of the normal fluctuations with bitrates, it shows the exact same thing. Everything is stable and then at the end, as soon as I click play on Spotify, my bitrate is just massively unstable. I've also run speed tests via TestMy.net, and my speeds are normal for 1 gig fiber. I've attached the log from my last stream and a screenshot from Inspector for reference.
