Question / Help New problem

So now I have encountered a new problem. CSGO with OBS. I will be streaming and getting over 200 fps and I will get a constant stuttering, not smooth like gameplay. Its hard to explain but its just stuttering at over 200 fps. Makes no sense. Tried 1280x720p 60 fps and 30 fps . Bitrate is at 1800. I have no idea anymore

same problem for me but its stuttering with lower fps too :/

may a problem with recent win10 system updates?

idk. i have the same problem. Also, I have my webcam selected on OBS Multiplatform and it will not show up in ANY of my recordings? plz halp
