Okay guys I have just got a new computer it has a i5 4460 haswell cpu and gtx 960 oc the old rig had an amd athlon x4 860k and a 750ti I run things so much better on the new pc besides I can no longer stream and make videos using x246 and it’s extremely frustrating me, I have looked everywhere and It says this cpu is massively better then my old one but I just can’t stream and make videos anymore please help
Things I have tried, using the exact same settings, just switching to the nividia encoder- looks like trash unless bit rate off the wall still couldn’t record that great, tried lowering settings in obs, tried classic then studio, switching from balanced to high performance on control panel settings
